Description:
research and analysis methodologies to bridge knowledge gaps. Coordinates product release plans and sets the expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinates and conducts interviews with business users to gather requirements, and analyzes technology needs and system and workflow challenges.
Designs new systems based on requirements. Serves as industry subject matter expert, and identifies other subject matter experts who are the sources of requirements for large and complex projects.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing automation and data quality testing, and systems analysis on Web-based applications hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud or Microsoft SharePoint, using Java, Selenium, and SQL.Or,
alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Principal Systems Analyst (or closely related occupation) performing automation and data quality testing, and systems analysis on Web-based applications hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud or Microsoft SharePoint, using Java, Selenium, and SQL.Skills
