Area

Travel between Manchester and Nashua communities; we pay travel time and reimburse 0.625 cents per mile.

Responsibilities
  • Perform duties within scope of license and within care plans
  • Work closely with care team on providing exceptional care and services; provide adequate communication to the team responsible for the patient
  • Assist patients by providing personal services, such as feeding, bathing, dressing and grooming
  • May assist in light housekeeping or laundry
  • Monitor patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output and exercise
Preferred Qualifications
  • Positive experience with complex patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, COPD, cancer and joint/hip replacements
  • Ability to perform PT/INRs
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • Registered as Licensed Nursing Assistant with New Hampshire’s Board of Nursing
  • CPR Certification
  • Satisfactory criminal record
  • Reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance
