Responsible for overall management of Maintenance Department Operations.

• Overall responsibility for Maintenance Operations.
• Support manufacturing by ensuring timely maintenance and repair task completion.
• Works closely with Engineering to assess and resolve production and equipment issues.
• Works closely with all functional areas of the organization as required, expediting problem solutions.
• Responsible for assuring training for Maintenance Personnel is current and appropriate.
• Provides troubleshooting support when required.
• Responsible for ensuring Preventative Maintenance schedules are updated, generated and maintained as required per GDP and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the maintenance of spare parts inventory.
• Assists in special projects as needed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in the equipment maintenance field is preferred; medical device experience is a plus.
• Experience in providing direction and training to maintenance personnel.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word/Excel).
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to coach, develop and motivate associates to optimize team effectiveness and enhance team interactions.
• Ability to impact team morale, sense of belonging and participation.

• Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions.
• Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments.
• Use of hand and power tools.
• May work extended hours during peak business cycles.
• Duties are performed in a production environment.
• Personal protective equipment may be required as dictated by work environment.

Annual Salary of 110K to 130K depending on experience with 15% STIP.
