BAE Systems is seeking an experienced systems engineer as part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to develop and field a critical military capability for the war fighter. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing system engineering content and work products, which includes developing the requirements baseline, design, integration and fielding of this capability.

* Utilizing digital engineering and model-based systems engineering

* Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and for customer meetings.

* Interface with Systems Engineering and Software Development Teams

* Implementing Integration and test to validate requirements

* Problem/anomaly reporting, tracking and resolution

* Active DoD Top Secret Clearance and eligible to acquire additional SCI and SAP/SAR clearance.

* Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline and 8+ years of experience in related field, 6+ years with Master's Degree

* Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system design & development, system integration & test).

* Experience with SRR, PDR and CDR development and presentation

* Familiarity with RF/SIGINT applications.

* Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

* Experience in performing software and systems integration and testing
