As a Customer Service Associate, you will start your day by answering calls from customers, booking jobs, and providing great service. You will schedule and dispatch technicians using Field Pulse, making sure each job is assigned correctly. You'll also follow up with customers about estimates, memberships, and completed jobs. Throughout the day, you'll handle payments, update customer records, and help with basic office tasks while keeping communication smooth within the team to ensure everything runs well for our customers and technicians.
WHATWE'RE OFFERING:
This full‑time Customer Service Associate position offers an hourly pay between $18 and $25/hour

You will work from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday
. Initially, this role will be remote and will transition to in‑office work by mid‑2026.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year(s) of experience using scheduling or dispatching management software (Field Pulse or similar)
- Experience handling customer calls, including rescheduling and coordinating appointments
- Familiarity with Field Pulse or similar platforms (Service Titan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, etc.)
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage calls, scheduling, and dispatching simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
