Overview

We are looking for a fearless, positive, and motivated Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our dedicated Customer Onboarding Team at Avinode Group. What you will be doing:
  • Play a vital role in ensuring our members' success. Youll guide them through the onboarding process, help them implement our cutting-edge Avinode Group services, and ensure they reach their operational goals while unlocking the full potential of our products.
  • Working closely with our customers, youll optimize their product utilization, guarantee their satisfaction with our services, and ensure they re up and running smoothly.
  • With your technical expertise, quick learning abilities, and exceptional project management skills, youll be the driving force behind their success story.
  • You will help and educate customers to achieve their goals through collaboration with our solutions, focusing on improving feature adoption and consistent onboarding.
  • Engaging with our customers through demos, webinars, and training sessions. You are expected to ensure exceptional service for our customers and help them with troubleshooting issues during onboarding.
  • You will also need to actively seek and rely upon customer feedback for product development.
  • You naturally delve into issues, generate ideas, and find solutions.
What you will bring along:
  • 3+ years relevant experience in customer facing support roles
  • Background or exposure to managing multiple priorities and resources at one time, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Technical aptitude - understands that the way to great products and features is through iteration and learning.
  • Strong experience designing and supporting digital onboarding journeys, including familiarity with tools that enable automated workflows, guided experiences, and scalable customer engagement.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical features in simple terms.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, both in a team and individual environment.
  • Ability to understand different customers  pain points and solve them.
  • Great advantage if you have experience in the aviation industry.
  • Building strong, enduring relationships comes naturally, and you possess a keen interest in aviation.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 DOE (Depending on experience)
