We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about aviation technology and committed to delivering exceptional customer experience. This person will serve as a trusted partner to our users-supporting them through onboarding, training, and long-term adoption of our platform.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Specialist at Tuvoli, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers succeed with our products. You'll:
- Guide new charter operators and brokers through onboarding and implementation
- Deliver engaging product training to drive adoption and satisfaction
- Provide responsive, thoughtful support to users via Zendesk (email, chat, phone)
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate effectively when needed
- Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and advocating for their success
- Participate in product testing and feedback loops to improve the user experience
- Share on-call duties with the team
- Communicate clearly and patiently across a wide range of user backgrounds and technical levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer-focused improvements
We're looking for someone who's customer-obsessed, resourceful, and eager to be part of a growing team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years in a customer success, support, or account management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-empathetic, clear, and approachable
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Technical aptitude and comfort with learning new platforms
- Experience using Zendesk or other customer service platforms (a plus)
- Experience with payment or banking (a plus)
- Background/ interest in aviation or travel is highly desirable
