Customer Service Representative - Merrimack, NH

Join our team of Customer Service Representatives, also known as Customer Relationship Advocates (CRA). This role offers a unique experience to accelerate your early career growth at Fidelity through personalized support, skill development, and training. You will be a licensed professional providing outstanding customer service by answering inbound calls and supporting Fidelity’s valued clients. Your responsibilities include assisting with a broad range of client needs such as trade requests, money movement, online support, and more.

Job Description

As a CRA, you will learn about the financial services industry, develop new skills, and achieve milestones including licensing, skill development, and proficiency. You will prepare for FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, and 63), handle more complex customer calls, and explore career growth opportunities through job shadowing and the career center.

Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to complete FINRA licensing exams (SIE, Series 7, Series 63) with Fidelity’s support.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and applying new concepts.
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to handle various situations and emotions professionally.
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and personal accountability.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
