The RoleJoin our team of Customer Relationship Advocates (CRA). This innovative program accelerates your early career growth at Fidelity with personalized support, skill development, and training. You will be a licensed professional providing outstanding customer service while answering inbound calls and supporting Fidelity’s valued clients. You will develop skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more.
WhatTo Expect
As a new CRA, you’ll learn about the financial services industry, apply new concepts, develop and practice new skills, and achieve new goals through three major milestones:
- Aptitude and dedication to complete the FINRA SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 63 exams through our licensing program.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning, quick application of new concepts, and effective decision-making.
- Passion for connecting with customers and facilitating meaningful, resolution-oriented conversations.
- Ability to handle different situations, emotions, and conversations towards suitable resolutions.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and personal accountability for long-term success.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret scenarios, leverage resources, and find resolutions.
- Comfort with learning new technology and navigating multiple systems.
