Overview
Hybrid Onsite 5 days/week, alternating weeks in Merrimack, NH

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $35.00 to $45.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Coordinate outreach to workplace employer clients to review and confirm the employee digital experience for HSA account requests.
- Engage directly with relationship managers and clients to capture insights, trends, and customer feedback.
- Review and capture data to ensure HSA accounts are opened in alignment with client agreements.
- Lead discussions with large employer relationships, respond to questions, and address objections.
- Advocate for client needs and propose alternatives that improve alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks and timelines to meet business objectives with meticulous program management.
- Build positive relationships and influence cross-functional team members.
- Define, refine, and communicate initiative progress to internal teams.
- Prioritize and execute client outreach to balance a positive client experience with timeliness.
- Engage Legal, Risk, and Compliance to assess new account opening proposals and ensure solutions follow regulations and internal policies.
- Support HSA account growth through bulk account opening solutions for workplace clients.
- Provide clear and timely follow-up to client questions and concerns.
- 5+ years of client service or client/vendor relationship management experience.
- Proven experience leading discussions with large employer clients and overcoming objections.
- Strong client advocacy with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute program plans independently.
- Meticulous project and program management with strong organizational skills.
- Experience influencing and motivating colleagues without formal authority to deliver outcomes.
- Curious and analytical approach with a customer-centric mindset.
- Understanding of Health Savings Accounts and brokerage account opening processes (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
