As a result of continued growth, we are currently seeking candidates for a Sales Manager at our office in Merrimack, NH. Please read through the following job description. If you are interested in applying, please be sure to attach a cover letter and resume for our review.

Responsibilities:
  • Quoting deficiencies, estimating renovation, addition, upgrade, and repair work.
  • Overseeing the completion of all awarded jobs.
  • Assisting in obtaining information needed for each job such as Purchase Order numbers, tax exempt forms, insurance certificates, deficiency information, and certified payroll information.
  • Assisting in the scheduling of service work based on quotes signed and incoming emergency service calls.
  • Following up with customers on deficiencies or other quoted work.
  • Booking and creating jobs for awarded projects and service calls within the system; preparing costs for invoicing after the job is complete along with job financial review.
  • Assisting with the invoicing of customers and follow-up for collections of customers for the service department.
  • Preparing job start-up and completion documents.
  • Attending project meetings as required.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and other project trades.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Education and Experience:

    High School Diploma/GED with Associate Degree preferred. Prior industry experience is required.

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Good oral, written, telephone, and customer service skills.
  • Good time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assist both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures and regulations.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with AutoCAD knowledge a plus.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Office & field environment.
  • Mostly sedentary role with the need to move about the office, shop, and job sites.
  • May require light lifting.
  • Requires working on computers and phones consistently throughout the day.
  • Requires travel to job sites.
