• 1–2 years of crane service technician or relevant trade experience (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in production environments, including overnight travel.
• Basic computer and phone skills for completing electronic forms promptly.
• Willingness to work extended hours, holidays, and on weekends as required.
• Physical requirements:
  
  stand/walk 95% of the work day; lift/carry up to 40–50 pounds unassisted; squat, twist, reach, climb, and bend frequently; push/pull material with equipment assistance; possess hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity; have proper depth perception, peripheral vision and hearing.
