Our Mission

At Absolute Realty Solutions, our goal is to make all our client’s transactions as smooth and professional as possible. To ensure this, we start by ensuring all our staff, agents and network of professionals will be kept up to date on all contracts, laws, rules, regulations and be offered the training needed to provide the best level of service. This will be achieved with the use of training videos, one on one training, group workshops and networking sessions with other industry professionals.

For this reason, we focus to provide those that make us who we are proud, by ensuring that we are always operating ethically, lawfully and morally.

Compensation

$40,000 - $80,000+ on a plan commission.

Responsibilities

Prospect new leads to promote your business. Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience. Follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction, trust and increase sales volume through referral business.

Qualifications

Must have a valid Indiana Real Estate License, great communication skills, self-motivation, good organizational and time management skills, customer service skills, and the willingness to learn new systems and technologies. Above all, professionalism and ethical behavior is a must.

What Brokers Can Expect From ARS

Regular training in the following areas:

• Contracts and negotiations
• Follow up strategy
• Personal branding
• Marketing
• Mentorship and guidance

• Brokers can start out cutting their teeth on hundreds of thousands of buyer leads through our lead program and transition to listing agents through training and shadowing our listing agents to learn how to convert more listing appointments to contracts.
• We work with agents that are interested in building a team with the best route to develop and grow that team into a successful platform that can be given the option of growing in to their own ARS brokerage one day.
