Brand Ambassador/Appointment Setter — Merrillville, Indiana markets and surrounding areas.  is one of the fastest growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry, offering custom bath remodeling that enriches lives with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free. We are seeking Brand Ambassadors who will interact with event attendees, discuss our product, and secure sales leads for our team. Hourly pay + volume bonuses based on quality appointments.

Flexible schedule, with opportunities for extra hours. $15 - $27+ through uncapped bonuses on top of hourly pay. Room for advancement.

• Staff booth at shows and events; attract potential customers
• Set appointments for our sales department and generate leads
• Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees
• Professionally and accurately represent
• Maintain a professional appearance throughout events
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth
• Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth
• Explain basic product features and benefits
• Secure entry forms or book in-home sales appointments
• Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator

• Strong communications skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to stay engaged and resilient

• Travel to booked shows/events (must have reliable transportation)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Available to work weekends
