• Prepare meals in accordance with resident dietary needs and physician orders.
• Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all sanitation protocols.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility dietary policies.
• Work collaboratively with a team-focused approach.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests.

• Previous cooking experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with high standards of ethics and professionalism.
