Server, Food & Beverage

Our franchise organization, FHG, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The main responsibility of the Server is to "Make Pleasurable Dining Affordable." Fulfilling Golden Corral’s mission requires a positive attitude and ongoing professionalism. Hospitality is a key part of the Server’s responsibilities. Success factors include a clean, neat appearance, a positive attitude, and courtesy.

• Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service.
• Practice positive public relations, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
• Be aware of guests’ needs and work to make their experience pleasurable.
• Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions.
• Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.

• Understand product specifications and ensure receipts match the number of guests in each party.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
• Report equipment and facility issues to the Manager.
• Familiarize with proper table bussing procedures.
• Follow safe work practices to ensure safety for yourself, co-workers, and guests.
• Complete duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Comply with local health department laws.
