Naturescape is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist in Merrillville, IN to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. Are you looking for a career in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business

$20/hr - $27/hr is the average pay you can earn, including incentives and overtime opportunities. Starting wage is $20.00+/hr
. As a specialist, you can significantly increase your average hourly pay by earning significant weekly performance-based incentives

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions. You typically work 10 hour days, 4 days per week (variations occur due to weather and customer needs). You consult with residential and commercial customers on a full range of lawn and landscape issues to assess their needs. Your customer service skills and training enable you to ensure customers are happy with their property and services.

You drive company vehicles to customer locations to provide lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, mosquito control, and snow removal. You build rapport with customers who depend on you and our company for their lawn and landscape needs. You help customers achieve the lawn and landscape of their dreams.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
