Spring Mill Assisted Living & Rehabilitation Campus, located in the heart of Merrillville, is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Our most important goal is to provide the highest standard of care to our residents in a safe, secure, and supportive environment. As an RN at Spring Mill, you will play a vital role in enhancing our residents’ quality of life through skilled nursing care, leadership, and compassion.

• Lead and supervise direct care staff to ensure proper medication administration, treatments, documentation, teaching, care planning, and patient conferencing in compliance with Health Campus policies

• Conduct daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status

• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medications, medical supplies, and equipment

• Ensure nursing assistants follow established procedures for PPE use and disposal

• Promote a safe, clean, and healthy environment for residents and staff

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure

• Current, valid Indiana RN license

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, visitors, vendors, and regulatory agencies

• Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and applicable laws

• 8-hour shifts

• Full-time and part-time availability

• Rotating holidays

• Weekend availability
