Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – We are hiring dedicated LPNs to provide top-quality clinical care to our residents. If you're passionate about skilled nursing and enjoy a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Schedule: 3p-11p; 11p-7p.
Sign-on bonus: $5,000
- Deliver direct nursing care as prescribed by the resident's care plan
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care delivery
- Document and report resident changes and progress
- Support residents' emotional and physical well-being
- Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
