Hours per day – 8

Days per week – 5

Schedule:

6:45 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

• Deliver and digitally track all mail and supplies to buildings in the Corporation.
• Transport in a timely manner frozen, dry, and canned food materials between buildings
• Participates in snow removal as directed
• Picks up parts required by other maintenance personnel
• Deliver bulk mailings to the post office.
• Maintain an accurate warehouse inventory of Corporation building supplies to include, ie., paper products, cleaning and maintenance supplies,
• Maintain a tool inventory management log,
• Assist in processing the materials that are delivered to the Corporation, ie. ISTEP tests, paper products, maintenance supplies,
• Using a computer to complete reports related to maintenance and custodial issues,
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

• Proven working knowledge of Microsoft computer programs (Excel/email/Word).
• Willingness to be tested on basic computer skills to demonstrate proficiency.
• Must be able and willing to demonstrate the ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds.
• Clean driving record.
