** As an IAM Analyst, you will support the development, implementation, and management of our identity and access management program and systems. You will work closely with other IT and security teams to help ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
** Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, practices, and technologies. Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address IAM-related issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA.Ability to develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and best practices. Abilities:
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and records.

Ability to adapt to changing technologies and stay current with industry developments.

** Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management. Strong knowledge of IAM technologies, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and directory services.
