Our client
, a leading provider of efficient energy and gas, is seeking a Workday Implementation Analyst to join its team in Merrillville, IN!

This is a 1-year contract position with benefits!

As a Workday Implementation Analyst, you will manage and optimize HR systems to improve efficiency across payroll, time tracking, and performance management. You will support end users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting while driving system adoption and process improvements.

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot HR systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system integrations, automate workflows, and enhance data accuracy

• Develop user guides, provide training, and lead initiatives to drive Workday adoption and self-service enablement.

• Experience with Workday and user adoption initiatives.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
