As a Hospitality Manager, you are responsible for creating a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House by fostering a warm and positive environment, selecting friendly and talented Co-workers, and leading human and financial resources to achieve a profitable operation. Your goal is to ensure our guests have a pleasurable dining experience that encourages loyalty, while managing overall restaurant operations, including food quality, safety, and labor, in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
