Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chevrolet and other vehicles to factory standards
- Perform routine services including oil changes, brakes, alignments, and tire services
- Handle electrical, engine performance, and drivability diagnostics
- Complete warranty and recall work following GM guidelines
- Document all repairs and communicate clearly with service advisors
- Road test vehicles to confirm quality and safety of completed work
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Stay current with GM training, technology, and service updates
Qualifications/Requirements – Automotive Service Technician:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive service technician
- GM experience or GM certification preferred
- Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
