Overview
We are immediately hiring a Title Clerk. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule. Must have automotive title duties experience. Compensation rate is based on experience. Ideal candidate will have experience automotive titling experience. We are part of a family-owned dealership group with 23 locations across 5 states and continue to expand. Responsibilities- Process new and used vehicles for registration both in and out of state
- Maintain Motor Vehicle schedule
- Post daily Motor Vehicle transactions
- Understand Missouri tax laws with respect to vehicle registration
- Title flips in and out of state
- Accounting Schedule Reconciliations
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Weekly compensation
- Flexible work schedule
- 401(K) Plan with company match
- Minimum of 1 year experience titling
- Understand basic accounting
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates
- Experience processing title work in a dealership environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
