Account Executive - Transportation

Job Summary

Transportation Account Executives work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.

Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30

• Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions both independently and in partnership with the Sales Executive and Marketer
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team
• Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategies
• Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS
  360
• Review all documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidential information
• Provide high quality service including responding to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions
• Keep accurate and detailed records within the agency management system
• Proven understanding and following of SOPs and Best Practices

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and agency/carrier systems.
• Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
