We are looking for merchandisers to work independently across various retail locations, showcasing their organization and time management skills to display and maintain inventory levels of our celebrations product, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more.

• Starting pay $13.50 per hour, increase to $14.30 after 6 months, to $15.00 after 1 year

Route will service retail locations at 505 S Pine Ridge Ave, Merrill, WI 54452 and 710 E 2nd St. Weekly average hours 6 per week, may increase to 10 around holidays. Ideal candidate available daytime hours, Monday mornings.

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandise and organize product orders, display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations, maintain organized backroom areas, perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedules.
• Work in fast‑paced retail environment, utilizing effective time management and organizational skills.
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
• Availability for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and immediately following major holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores, utilizing company‑issued tablet.
• Ability to work on own and with a team.

• 18 years or older
• English speaking, reading, writing and understanding required
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates
• Technological competency – able to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily activity/tasks
• Meet scheduling needs – occasional weekends, the day before and after major holidays as needed (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Working on the sales floor and back stock room. Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 40 pounds throughout the sales floor and backrooms. Stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the workday. A stepstool may be used to complete some tasks.
