** We are seeking a responsible and safety-focused Mini-van Driver to join our student transportation team. In this role, you will operate a company-provided Mini-Van to transport students safely and reliably to and from school, programs, and related activities. This position requires a valid standard drivers license and a commitment to ensuring student safety, professionalism, and punctuality. This position is working a split shift Monday - Friday at $20.00/hour.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Safely operate an mini-van in compliance with federal transportation regulations
* Transport students to and from school, field trips, and other approved destinations
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all student passengers during boarding, transit, and exiting
* Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
* Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe vehicle environment
* Follow assigned routes and schedules with reliability and punctuality
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, school staff, parents (as needed), and supervisors
* Complete required documentation such as mileage logs and incident reports
* Remain alert, attentive, and compassionate while supervising students on board
** Requirements:
*** Valid standard drivers license.
* Must meet all DMV and DOT requirements
* Clean driving record and strong attendance history
* Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all interactions
