Job Title: Hyundai Quick Lane Service Advisor

Pay: $55,000 – $100,000 per year

Benefits: 3 Weeks Paid Time Off After 1 Year + Benefits Package

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our Hyundai dealership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Quick Lane Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking maintenance and light repair services. You’ll help drive service lane efficiency while building trust and long‑term relationships with our guests.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Write service repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding service status
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Previous service advisor or automotive experience preferred (Quick Lane or Express Service experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license

• Competitive earning potential: $55,000 – $100,000 annually
