Overview

Are you a person who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in creating a great first impression? Ryan Lawn & Tree is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office.

Job Type

Full‑time

What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers and visitors — greet walk‑ins warmly, answer questions, and help resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Process payments — assist customers with in‑person transactions, following PCI compliance standards and ensuring accurate, timely handling of payments.
  • Keep the front desk running smoothly — maintain a clean, organized reception area and help ensure the safety and security of our office environment.
  • Manage mail and deliveries — sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail for timely processing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing, administrative, or office support role.
  • Prior experience handling cash, checks, or payment processing is strongly preferred.

  • Comfortable handling payment transactions accurately and securely.
  • Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus.
