Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Signage Installer to join our team. The Signage Installer will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of signage products, including but not limited to vinyl graphics, banners, vehicle wraps, and illuminated signs. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in sign installation, a strong understanding of various tools and materials, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Sign Installation:
Install a variety of signs, including but not limited to vinyl graphics, banners, dimensional letters, illuminated signs, and vehicle wraps, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications. - Site Preparation:
Prepare installation sites by measuring, cutting, and mounting substrates or frameworks as required, ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for installation. - Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during installations, including the proper use of safety equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Client Interaction:
Communicate professionally with clients on‑site to confirm installation details, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service. - Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, fabricators, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects. - Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process, ensuring all signage is securely and accurately installed. - Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine maintenance and repair of signage, as needed, to ensure long‑term durability and functionality. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations, including time spent, materials used, and any issues encountered.

- Experience:
Preferred but not required. - Skills:
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Proficiency with cutting torch and stick welding helpful.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Licenses/Certifications:
Valid Class A driver’s license required; certifications in OSHA safety, scaffolding, or other relevant areas preferred. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in signage installation or a related field is preferred.
- Physical Demands:
The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and working of ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts may be necessary. - Work
Conditions:
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
