WTOK‑TV is a trusted ABC network station serving the communities of eastern Mississippi and western Alabama. With 70 years of history, the station offers local news, weather, sports, syndicated programming on the CW and myTOK networks, and a strong focus on community and advertiser relations.

WTOK‑TV is expanding its broadcast and digital revenue share. We are searching for an experienced Business Development Consultant who will drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. The role is a high‑level sales position that requires strong consultancy skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Research market opportunities, generate and pursue sales leads (warm and cold), and maintain an active revenue pipeline.
• Build and accelerate pipeline velocity, forecast monthly with accuracy.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Become an expert in marketing solutions, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
• Design and deliver professional marketing presentations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals, manage a book of revenue for retention and growth.
• Collaborate effectively with all WTOK departments and support staff.

• Preferred outside sales experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, high‑energy salesperson.
• Excellent organization, time management, verbal and written communication.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and daily planning ability.
• Must meet Gray Media driving requirements.
