Supervise the production supervisor, line supervisors, correctional officer staff and offenders assigned to the dining room.;
Manage the overall food services operation, including the offender dining hall and special food services, in compliance with MTC and MDOC directives.;
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and sanitary work area.;
Ensure accurate counts of all kitchen tools and offenders at the beginning and end of each shift.;
Promote positive social skills and provide feedback to staff regarding procedures and intervention techniques.
