Summary:

Responsible for the timely and accurate daily operations of the computer and business processes for the company.

Hours:

Sunday-Friday (w/ rotating day off each week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities are as follows: Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for daily billing
• Responsible for invoicing
• Diversified duties involve intensified knowledge of computer operations and the use of a wide range of procedures.
• Check processed jobs for errors and appropriately correct them.
• Use judgement in the analysis of facts and circumstances surrounding individual problems.
• Duties include operating and performing maintenance on various kinds of equipment.
• Limited knowledge of controllers, processors, PC.
• Satisfactory work record and attendance.
• Must be detail oriented and accurate.

Education and/or Experience:

GSC may provide on-the-job training. Prefer an individual with data processing experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively in one-on-one situations.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

Responsible for the operations of the computer. Responsible for the operation and Performance of maintenance on various kinds of equipment.
