Customer Service Representative

Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, positive Full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our team! This full‑time entry‑level position has great potential for the right person. The role will be based at Store 4530, 832 Highway 19 N Ste 550, Meridian, MS 39307. We seek a team player with a mature work ethic, integrity, a goal‑oriented personality, and exceptional customer service skills.

• Complete cash transactions for our customers
• Initiate customer loans
• Contact customers about past‑due payments
• Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays;
  Sundays off

• Excellent customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
• Safe, reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance required
• At least 19 years of age
• Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
