Rainforest Carwash is seeking a full‑time Team Lead for our Meridian location.
If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of an awesome team, this could be the right fit. Shifts run Monday–Sunday, 8 am–8 pm, and require open availability.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the car wash crew in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ensure high quality customer service and address any concerns.
- Operate and maintain car wash equipment, following training guidelines.
- Support scheduling, training, and coaching of new team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to company safety standards.
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Mechanical inclination; training on equipment will be provided.
- Open to coaching and continuous improvement.
- Starting at $13 per hour with incentive raise after training.
- No late nights; work primarily during the daytime.
