About the RoleWeseeka Construction Manager to provide construction management support services to our valued clients. No previous construction experience is required. This role is responsible for updating daily logs to assist in the overall success of the data center construction. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. This is a great role for someone looking to break into the industry.

- Daily Logs:
Each day create a diary-like write-up that is unpolished and unfiltered. Focus on the events of the day, including construction items, team interactions, accomplishments, and potential issues. - Daily Photos:
Each day, take structured and unstructured photos. - Daily Infrastructure Trackers:
Each day, update the infrastructure trackers for each trade to show the progress of work. - Be able to respond or follow up on questions relating to the daily logs, photos or infrastructure trackers.
- Document notes for each meeting that takes place on the job.
- Perform weekly Safety Audits and attach them to the Daily Log.
- Meet with the Senior CM every day to discuss the day's activities, progress, facilitate video conference with the architect and engineer and identify outstanding RFIs and submittals that need to be highlighted and escalated.
- Check the on-site cameras daily to ensure they are active, provide a clear and unobstructed view of the site.
- Acute attention to detail

- Strong ability to communicate – verbally and written – clearly, concisely and logically.
- Proven track record on speaking up when you encounter any potential roadblocks.

The pay range for this role is: 75, USD per year (Meridian, MS)
