SUMMARY:
Work with staff, adjusters, agents, to schedule, scope & estimate loss, secure repair contracts, secure agreed price, and solicit new accounts.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS:
Involves planning, scheduling, inspecting, scoping and securing restoration and property improvement contracts.
TRAINING AND
EXPERIENCE:
High School graduation or other equivalent (i.e. GED), Experience with computer programs, basic knowledge of construction of homes. Must be customer service oriented and have a clear background report and pass a drug test.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of construction preferred. Must have knowledge of computer. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb in small spaces & on steep roofs. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds.
