Divinity Group is expanding and seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer with a first-responder mindset—someone who understands service, accountability, and doing difficult things when others won't. This is a business to business insurance sales role focused on protecting working professionals through supplemental insurance solutions. A strong fit for public safety professionals seeking a new career direction while still driven by purpose.
Drive B2B sales of supplemental insurance, building trust-based relationships and educating clients on income and family protection
Lead presentations, enrollments, and follow-ups while modeling professionalism, integrity, and service-driven sales behavior
Train, mentor, and develop sales representatives, taking ownership of results in a commission-based environment
Self-motivated professionals with composure under pressure, strong leadership, and ethical decision-making
, who take ownership of results and thrive in structured, high-standard environments. You excel at earning trust quickly, putting service first, and representing a mission bigger than yourself
. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly are essential. Experience in sales, insurance, mentoring, leadership, or B2B environments is a plus, but not required. (Current or former first responders are encouraged to apply.)
Earn big with uncapped potential: $75,000–$95,000/year (Draw Pay to Start + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses)
