Adam Roe Painting is seeking a friendly and motivated Neighborhood Marketing Representative to help generate residential painting leads in neighborhoods where our crews are actively working throughout the Treasure Valley. In this role, you will represent our company in local communities by introducing our services to nearby homeowners, distributing door hangers, and identifying residents interested in receiving a free painting estimate.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys walking neighborhoods, meeting people, and supporting the growth of a trusted local business. The role offers flexible daytime hours and performance bonuses for qualified leads and scheduled estimates.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our marketing efforts to connect with homeowners in neighborhoods where our crews are actively working. Our team takes pride in doing excellent work and building long‑term relationships with the communities we serve.

Distribute door hangers around active painting job sites to inform homeowners about our services.

Introduce Adam Roe Painting to nearby homeowners and answer basic questions about our company.

Inform residents when our crews are working in their neighborhood.

Offer homeowners the opportunity to schedule a free painting estimate.

Collect contact information from interested homeowners, including name, phone number, and address.

Log homes visited and leads generated during each shift.

Communicate new leads promptly to the sales team for follow‑up.

Occasionally take jobsite photos or short videos to support marketing efforts.

Visit active job sites and check in with crews as needed.

Assist with light marketing support activities when requested.

Comfortable speaking with homeowners and introducing company services.

Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.

Ability to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors for extended periods.

Strong reliability and organization skills.

Comfortable knocking on doors and initiating conversations.

Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.

Basic familiarity with smartphones or digital tools for logging activity is helpful.

This role includes hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses for qualified leads and completed estimate appointments.

• Hourly Pay: $25 per hour
• Lead Bonus: $20 for each qualified lead generated
• Estimate Appointment Bonus: $30 when a lead schedules and completes the painting estimate appointment
• Example Weekly Performance:
  • 6 qualified leads = $120 lead bonus
  • 4 scheduled estimate appointments = $120 estimate bonus
  • Total example bonus = $240 in bonuses plus hourly wages

• Activity Goal:
  Approximately 30 homes visited per hour with a target of up to 360 homes per week depending on hours worked
• Lead Goal: 6–8 qualified leads per week
• A qualified lead includes:
  Homeowner name, phone number, address, and interest in a painting estimate.
• Performance‑based bonus opportunities

Part‑Time Position

Typically 10–20 hours per week

Work scheduled around active job sites.

Boise,  surrounding Treasure Valley neighborhoods, primarily working in residential areas where Adam Roe Painting crews are actively completing projects.
