What You’ll Be Doing- Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
- Learn and uncover customers’ needs, creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
- Close sales using effective communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
- Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in products and services.
- Engage with the community outside the store to expand loyal customers, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour. In addition, you can earn up to $16,000 annually in commissions if you meet sales goals. Top performers may reach total earnings of $65,000 to $73,500 per year.

- Openness to pick up additional shifts to earn more, typically during summer, November–December, and peak vacation periods.
- Experience working in a commission‑based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.
