About The Team

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people s loves.

• Deliver a world-class customer experience and surpass sales goals.
• Engage and attract fans (customers) with innovative approaches.
• Share product knowledge to inspire customers and represent the brand.
• Support store operations during peak hours.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
• All other duties as assigned.

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• You have developed a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years old or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure. A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the excitement. This may include standing for extended periods, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.
• Flexible schedule with 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support and willingness to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
