Thrift Store Associate – Idaho Youth Ranch
We are one of the oldest non‑profit agencies in Idaho, focused on supporting the state's youth through programs that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.
As a Thrift Store Associate, you will help sell donated items, with profits supporting our programs and services. Your role is vital to our mission and to the youth we serve.
Must Have Skills
- Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to wow customers.
- Availability to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Represent Idaho Youth Ranch in a professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and process credit/check payments.
- Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading/moving equipment.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
This position is located in Idaho; candidates must live within a reasonable distance of our store.
