Scandinavian Designs | Dania Furniture invites you to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate in Meridian, Idaho. This full‑time, hourly role is a non‑exempt position with competitive base pay and uncapped commission.

Meridian, Idaho

Training wage: $16.50/hr – $18/hr for the first three months (paid bi‑weekly). Post‑training base: $14.00/hr plus uncapped commission.

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach.
• Maximize sales growth in a commission‑based environment.
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after‑sale service.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom.
• Become an expert in our products and services through training.
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams.

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills.
• Availability to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; interior design or consulting experience a plus.
