Overview
The Sundance Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team and help oversee a large, primarily office-focused commercial portfolio in the Boise/Meridian market. This role works closely with asset management and property management leadership and plays a key role in tenant relations, operations, and risk management across multiple properties.
Primary Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with other members of our property and asset management team to oversee a diverse commercial property portfolio
- Serve as a tenant liaison, maintaining strong tenant relationships and responding to tenant needs in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate and oversee:
- Internal service technicians and tradespeople
- Third-party vendors and specialty contractors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
- Manage and coordinate preventive maintenance programs and risk management efforts
- Oversee lease administration, including:
- Operating expense management and reconciliations
- Compliance with lease obligations
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control
- Conduct property inspections and ensure assets are maintained to Sundance standards
- Support leasing, tenant improvements, and move-in/move-out coordination as needed
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Commercial property management experience required (office experience strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Yardi, or similar commercial property management software, preferred
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service providers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and life-safety requirements
