In coordination with clinic coordinators and sales professionals, injectors focus on the client experience, education, and achieving remarkable outcomes. New injectors learn and grow under the mentorship of Elase’s most talented providers.

• RN, NP, PA, MD or DDS Licensing
• Completion of Cosmetic Injectables Course
• Aesthetic, family practice, dermatology or plastic surgery experience is preferred
• 3+ years of cosmetic injection experience preferred

• Proficiency in a comprehensive range of aesthetic procedures, including injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers)
• Customer service oriented with a quality care focus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly skilled in sales and client education
• Effective organization skills with expert attention to detail
• Professional image and demeanor
• Proven ability to work in a team environment

• Develop and refine injection techniques to ensure optimal results and patient satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and training.
• Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient needs, and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual goals and preferences.
• Educate patients about treatment options, address concerns, and manage expectations regarding outcomes and recovery.
• Follow established protocols for infection control, safety precautions, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, encourage repeat visits, and nurture long‑term relationships that drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote aesthetic services, increase brand visibility, and attract new patients through targeted campaigns and community outreach.
• Achieve proficiency in meeting revenue goals weekly with consistently high patient satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, including client information, treatment plans, product usage, and outcomes.

• Must be available to work during clinic hours, including some nights, weekends, and federal holidays.
• Must be able to move around the clinic space continually.
