Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios: AWHONN standards (primarily 1:1 in L&D and 1:6 couple care in PP).

• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Stable (taken at least once), AWHONN Intermediate Or Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Laboring patients 32wks and greater, Elective Induction of labor, Medical Induction of Labor, Stable Antepartum Patients, Postpartum Patients, Well Newborns.
• Experience or 'Must have' skills: L&D, PP, and circulating experience required; triage experience strongly preferred.
• Shifts & Scheduling: 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p and 7p-7a. Per hospital policy staff cannot work more than five shifts in a row.
• Weekend Requirements: based on unit needs.
• Holiday Requirements: based on unit needs
• Floating Requirements: Travelers required to float to like units within valley (Nampa L&D and Boise L&D).
• Scrub Color/Dress code: Blue scrubs provided on unit.
