Position Summary

Position Summary: Fabricates piece parts based on engineering models using CNC equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines for production.
  • Inspect parts to print before, during and after machining.
  • Maintain neat and organized workspace at all times.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes or Mill Turn Lathes.
  • Proficiency and knowledge of GD&T and understanding of blueprints preferred.
  • G and M code knowledge is recommended.
  • Ability to use various measurement tools, including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, height gauges, drop gauges, pin gauges and various hard gauging.
  • Experience with Haas, Okuma, and Mori controls is recommended.
