• Maintaining physical hotel facilities, the grounds, and landscaping areas, keeping everything in fantastic condition
• Developing and implementing a structured repair, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance program
• Completing daily work orders and supporting total guest satisfaction
  
  Following health department guidelines to maintain the swimming pool's temperature and chemistry
• Helping keep guests and hotel staff safe while on the property
• Assisting with maintenance budget planning and providing spending recommendations

• Experience creating and following physical maintenance and protection plans
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Solid communication skills for interacting with hotel guests, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors
