Regulatory Compliance Analyst

The Regulatory Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting with matters related to enterprise compliance, ensuring that policies, forms, procedures, and filings comply with all federal and statecodes, regulations, and rules, and coordinating regulatory compliance-related forms and procedures for all subsidiaries of United Heritage Financial Group (“UHFG”) to ensure consistency offorms and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a paralegal certificate is strongly preferred. Relevant regulatory compliance experience may be considered in lieu of a paralegal certificate.
• Prior experience in insurance regulatory compliance, legal, or corporate governance support is preferred.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proficiency with legal research software (Westlaw and/or Lexis/Nexis,) Word, Excel, Power Point and internet-based applications. Ability to learn company-specific software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
• Professional, cooperative demeanor with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
